Branching Tree Speech Therapy, PC offers private pay options for clients who choose to self-pay or do not have insurance coverage for speech-language therapy services. We accept multiple forms of payment, including credit cards and HSA/FSA accounts. 30-minute Sessions
As is consistent with medical speech-language practices:

25-minutes of direct therapy

5-minutes for parent/patient education and consultation, documentation, and preparation/clean-up.
45-minute Sessions
As is consistent with medical speech-language practices:

40-minutes of direct therapy

5-minutes for parent/patient education and consultation, documentation, and preparation/clean-up.
Superbill Information
A superbill is an itemized receipt that you can submit directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Superbills are available only for private pay (self-pay) clients and are provided upon request after services have been rendered and payment has been received.
Please note that a superbill does not guarantee reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement amounts depend entirely on your individual insurance plan and out-of-network benefits.
